To make your own oat milk you need 1 cup of oats. This is about a hundred grams oats and you need to soak them overnight in cold water or 20 minutes in warm water. Thereafter, you have to run your soaked oats through a strainer to discard the water. Once the oats are dried and strained pour them into a high-speed blender and also add some water. You can use one-liter of water or even three cups. Consequently, blend it in a high-speed blender for about 2 minutes. You can store this for about three days in the refrigerator.
