Archeologists say that healthy greek yogurt pancakes were the earliest and most widespread cereal eaten in ancient societies, As it is considered to be the most healthy cereal of all times. 

These healthy greek yogurt pancakes are fluffy and moist and are delicious and perfect nutritious breakfast for your whole family. You can also opt for pancakes which are gluten-free and refined-sugar-free; these are also very delicious.

These greek yogurt pancakes are so healthy and tasty that you can not just stop eating these pancakes. After you finish eating these greek yogurt pancakes, you will instantly feel energized, and you will be all set to tackle the day. Oat Flour

  • Take one cup of oats and put them in a high-powered blender 
  • Blend them for about 10 to 15 seconds, until oats are converted into powder 

Combine All The Ingredients

The first step is to combine the wet ingredients and dry them in a mixing bowl and make a thin batter. Ingredients are

  • Yogurt
  • Eggs 
  • Flour 

Add More Flour 1 Tbsp At A Time If Necessary 

If your yogurt is thin or watery and your eggs are unusually large, then you may need more flour. Make sure the batter is thick before moving to cook the healthy greek yogurt pancakes.

Greek Yogurt Pancakes: Mix-Ins

Pancakes are loved by everybody, so everybody adds their favorite mix-ins like some of them add cinnamon chips, sprinklers, choco chips, and the list goes on; you shall add your favorite mix-in in the batter and then make sure to mix it nicely before you cook. 

Cook The Greek Yogurt Pancakes 

Now take 1/4th cup of healthy greek yogurt batter and put it onto the well-greased skillet or griddle. Then, cook for two to four minutes on medium-low heat. To grease the pan or griddle, you can add cooking spray or coconut oil. 

Remove And Serve 

And when healthy greek yogurt pancakes are browned on both sides, remove them from the griddle or pan, and make sure they look fluffy.


Now store these healthy greek yogurt in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to one week. 


You need to freeze your pancakes completely. Now put these out on a baking sheet and put them into the freezer until they get hardened and then, transfer these frozen healthy greek yogurt pancakes in an airtight container and put that container into the freezer for at least two months. Now reheat in the microwave or the toaster.   

To Make Ahead 

Combine all of the wet ingredients together in a bowl with a lid over them and store them in the refrigerator overnight. Then combine those dry ingredients and store that mixture at room temperature overnight. Then mix them the next morning, and you are all set to cook.
